| 摘 要： | 目的 探寻治疗部队飞行员耳鸣的有效途径和药物。方法 根据飞行员耳鸣发生的特性 ,选用耳咽管通气加脉冲电镁离子导入法治疗飞行员耳鸣 ,并观察分析临床疗效。结果 耳咽管通气加脉冲电镁离子导入治疗飞行员耳鸣既可抑制低频性耳鸣 ,又可抑制高频性耳鸣 ,对客观性耳鸣及主观性耳鸣均有效 ,总有效率 92 .36 %。结论 耳咽管通气加脉冲电镁离子导入方法是目前治疗部队飞行员耳鸣的理想有效方法

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effective metnods and medicnes to treat the tinnitus of pilots.Methods Depending on the specific feature of causing tinnitus,adopted Eustachian Tube Ventilation Plus pulse magnesium ionotherapy to treat tinnitus in order to observeg and analyzeg ots clinical effect.Results the result showed that this method can restrain not only low frequency tinnitus,but also high frequency tinnitus.It'was effective on both objective tinnitus and subjective tinnitus. and the total effective rate was 92.36%.Conclusion At present eustachian tube ventilation plus pulse magnesium ionotherapy is an ideal method to treat pilots'tinnitus. |
