| 摘 要： | 目的 了解广州地区猫、犬弓形虫的感染情况。方法 用ELISA双抗夹心法对从广州市番禺、白云、荔湾、越秀、天河、芳村、东山7个区的201只猫、狗所采集的唾液进行弓形虫IgG抗体的检测。结果 检查猫唾液样本114份，阳性27份，阳性率约为23．7％。狗唾液样本87份，阳性18份，阳性率为20．7％。在广州市的7个区中，猫犬弓形虫的感染率以白云区和番禺区较高。结论 广州市宠物猫、狗的弓形虫感染率较高，感染水平与国内其它城市的调查结果相近。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate T. gondii infection in the cats and dogs in Guangzhou. Methods The saliva samples of 114 cats and 87 dogs from seven districts of Guangzhou were tested for the anti-T, gondii IgG antibody by ELISA. Results In 114 saliva samples of cats, 27 cases were positive, with a positive rate of 23.7%. In 87 saliva samples of dogs, 18 cases were positive, with a positive rate of 20.7%. In seven districts of Guangzhou city, the infection situation of cats and dogs from Baiyun district and Panyu district were more serious. Conclusion The infection rates of T. gondii in the cats and dogs in Guangzhou were higher than other cities. |
