超声诊断桥本甲状腺炎的临床价值

目的探讨二维超声及彩色多普勒显像（CDFI）对诊断桥本氏甲状腺炎（HT）的临床价值。方法回顾性分析经实验室检查、临床或手术病理证实的45例HT患者的超声声像图特点。结果超声下显示HT患者甲状腺体积不同程度增大,峡部明显增厚;甲状腺内部回声分为4型：弥漫性回声减低型28例,结节型12例,局限性回声减低型3例,无明显变化型2例;39例HT患者甲状腺内彩色血流信号明显增加,可探及双侧颈部淋巴结者35例。结论 HT超声声像图具有一定的特异性,在HT的诊断、鉴别诊断上有重要价值,能为临床提供更可靠的诊断依据。

Clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis

Objective To investigate the clinical value of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler flow Imaging（CDFI） in the diagnosis of Hashimoto＇ s thyroiditis（HT）. Methods The ultrasonographic characteristics of 45 patients with HT proved by laboratory and clinical or surgical pathology were reviewed. Results The ultrasound showed thyroid volume enlarged in varying degrees in patients with HT, the isthmus thickened. The ultrasonic echo of thyroids included 4 types ： 28 in diffuse echo reduction, 12 in nodular, 3 in limitations echo reduction, and 2 had no significant changes. The color signal of blood flow increased significantly in 39 HT patients, and the bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy were present in 35 cases. Conclusion The uhrasonography of HT has certain specificity. There is important value in the differential diagnosis of Hashimoto thyroiditis, and can be helpful for predicting prognosis.
