硬膜外阻滞联合全身麻醉在同期双侧人工全膝关节置换术中的应用

目的分析硬膜外阻滞联合全身麻醉在同期双侧人工全膝关节置换术中的麻醉效果。方法选择40例择期行同期双侧人工全膝关节置换术患者,随机分成全身麻醉组（A组）及硬膜外联合全身麻醉组（B组）,每组20例。对比两组患者全身麻醉用药量及麻醉恢复情况的差异性。结果 B组全身麻醉药物用量少于A组（P〈0.05）;B组自主呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间、完全清醒时间均短于A组（P〈0.05）。结论硬膜外阻滞联合全身麻醉在同期双侧人工全膝关节置换术中具有全身麻醉药物用量少、促进术后恢复等优点,是一种较好的麻醉方式。

Application of epidural block anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty

Objective To analyze the effect of epidural block anesthesia combined with general anesthesia on simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty. Methods Forty patients underwent simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty were randomly div＇ided into two groups： general anesthesia group （group A） and epidural block anesthesia combined general anesthesia group （ group B） , with 20 cases in each group. The dosage of general anesthesia and anesthesia recovery were compared between the two groups. Results The dosage of general anesthesia in group B was less than that in group A （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The spontaneous breathing recovery time, extubation time, awake time in group B were shorter than those in group A （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Epidural block anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty de- mands less dosage of general anesthesia, promoting recovery, is a better anesthetic method.
