摘    要:目的 观察心理疏导对提高围手术期患者满意度的作用.方法 选取我院收治的确定手术患者13 600例,按照数字随机法将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各6800例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取优质护理,比较两组临床效果.结果 两组总满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 心理疏导可有效提升患者及其家属满意度.

Effect Observation of Psychological Counseling of Perioperative Patients in the Operating Room Quality Nursing
Abstract:Objective To observe the psychological counseling of perioperative patients in the operating room quality nursing. Methods Selecting 13 600 cases who was determined to operation in the hospital. According to the digital random method, they were randomly di- vided into observation group and control group. Control group used conventional care. Based on this, observation group took quality nurs- ing. Clinical effect was compared. Results Through comparing two groups of the total satisfaction, the difference was statistically signifi- cant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Psychological counseling can effectively improve the patient and family satisfaction.
