| 摘 要： | 目的建立脉安口服液中肉桂酸含量测定方法。方法HPLC法，色谱柱为Kromasil@-C18（4.6mm×250mm，5μm）；流动相为甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（60：40）；检测波长278nm；流速为1.0ml／min；柱温为30℃。结果肉桂酸在1．37-21．92μg·ml^-1范围内线性关系良好，回归方程Y=78．7925X＋8．4862，r=0．9999（n=5）。平均回收率为99．72％，RSD=0．27％（n=9）。结论该方法简便，结果准确可靠，精密度好，可用于本制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Aim To establish a method for determination of the cinnamic acid content in the Maian oral liquid. Methods The column was Kromasil@-C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% water-H3PO4（60：40）,with a flow rate of lml/min. The UV detective wavelength was set at 278nm. Results The method showed a good linear relationship within the range of 1.37- 21.92μg·ml^-1.The recursive equation was： Y =78.792 5X ＋ 8.4862, r =0.9999（ n = 5 ）. The average recovery was 99. 72%, with an RSD of 0.27% （ n =9）. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, reliable and precise. It can be used for quality control of this preparation. |
