| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the changes of the hepatic blood flow（Qh）and the portal blood flow（Qp）in early diagnosis of recurrence of patients with primary liver cancer.Methods 43 cases with primary liver cancer recurrence,38 cases without recurrence after surgery and 30 normal controls were enrolled the study.The Qh and Qh/Qp of all subjects were detected by color Doppler ultrasonograply,and all the results were analyzed.Results The Qh and Qh/Qp of tumor recurrence group were much higher than those of non-recurrence group and control group（P0.05）,while there was no statistical difference between non-recurrence group and control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Qh and Qh/Qp increase suddenly may suggest that the possibility of recurrence of liver cancer,Qh900 ml/min,Qh/Qp0.33 can be used as references for diagnosis of liver cancer recurrence. |
