广西非小细胞肺癌组织中EGFR基因表达的研究

目的探讨非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）组织中表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）的表达情况及其与临床病理、民族的关系。方法采用荧光定量PCR检测76例NSCLC患者（肺癌组）和23例癌旁组织及8例非癌肺组织（非癌组织组）EGFR的表达。结果 EGFR mRNA在肺癌组中表达量高于癌旁组织组,癌旁组织组表达量高于非癌组织组（P〈0.05）。EGFR表达与肿瘤的病理类型、性别、年龄、民族、吸烟指数无明显相关性（P〉0.05）,Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期表达量高于Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期,有淋巴结转移者高于无淋巴结转移者（P〈0.05）。结论广西NSCLC患者癌组织中EGFR呈高表达,并且其表达与肿瘤临床分期及有否淋巴结转移有关。

Expression of EGFR in Tissues of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer in Guangxi

Objective To investigate the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor（EGFR）in non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）tissue and its relation with clinical pathology and nationality.Methods The expressions of EGFR in 76 lung cancer samples,23 adjacent samples and 8 non-lung cancer samples were detect by real-time PCR.Results The expression of EGFR in lung cancer samples was higher than that in adjacent samples,which was higher than that in non-cancer samples（P0.05）.The expression of EGFR had no obvious correlation with pathologic type type,gender,age,nationality and smoking index（P0.05）.The expression in the stages Ⅲ-Ⅳ was higher than that in the stagesⅠ-Ⅱ,and that with lymphatic metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.Conclusion There is high EGFR expression in cancer tissue of NSCLC patients in Guangxi,which is related with clinical stages of tumor and lymph node metastasis.
