根管治疗术一次法近期临床反应观察

目的 :观察急慢性牙髓炎、慢性根尖周炎根管治疗术一次法的近期临床反应。方法 :选择急慢性牙髓炎和慢性根尖周炎 40 0例 5 3 8颗牙 ,随机分成两组 ,对照组 2 80颗牙采用常规根管治疗术两次法 ,实验组 2 5 8颗牙采用一次法进行根管充填 ,观察各组术后近期临床反应。结果 :治疗结束 1 wk内 ,对照组与实验组出现严重急性反应前牙为 6.6% ,6.0 % ;后牙 9.8% ,1 0 .6% ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :急慢性牙髓炎、慢性根尖周炎根管治疗术一次法近期急性反应与常规根管治疗术两者之间的差异没有显著性的意义 ,临床可以广泛使用。

CURING THE PROLAPSE OF LUMBAR INTERVERTEBRAL DISC WITH NUCLEOLYSIS VIA BACK APPROACH

Objective: To evaluate the short period clinical responses after one-visit root canal therapy for infected permanent teeth. Methods: Treatment of 538 teeth with acute or chronic pulpitis and chronic periapical periodontitis were compared. 280 teeth were treated by debridement and instrumentation, followed by obturation at a two-visit as control group. 258 teeth were treated by one-visit root canal therapy as experimental group. The effects were evaluated through clinical observation. Results: The acute reaction in 1 week following root canal therapy in control group and experimental group was 6.6% and 6.0% in anterior teeth, 9.8% and 10.6% in posterior respectively ($P$>0 05). Conclusion: One-visit root canal therapy causes no more severe acute reaction compared with traditional method.;
