摘    要:
目的:探讨肺耐药蛋白(LRP)基因在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用RT-PCR半定量法检测60例NSCLC患者癌组织及癌旁组织中LRP mRNA的表达。用t检验、方差分析,Kaplan-Meier生存曲线和Log-rank检验进行统计分析。结果:NSCLC患者的癌组织中LRP mRNA表达量显著高于癌旁组织(P=0.000),LRP mRNA表达量在肺腺癌中高于鳞癌(P=0.02),中高分化组高于低分化组(P=0.033),但LRP mRNA的表达量与其他临床病理相关因素及生存期无相关性。结论:LRP在NSCLC的原发性多药耐药(MDR)中可能起重要作用,检测LRP对于预测NSCLC患者化疗效果、协助临床选择化疗方案可能具有一定的意义。

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the expression levels of LRP mRNA in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) as well as their clinical significance.Methods: RT-PCR semi-quantitative method was used to detecte the expression levels of LRP mRNA in tissues samples and corresponding adjacent normal lung tissues of 60 patients with NSCLC.T-Test,One-Way ANOVA,Kaplan-Meier survival curve and log-rank test analysis were used for statistical analysis. Results: The expression level of LRP mRNA was significantly higher in NSCLC tissues than that in adjacent normal lung tissues(P=0.000).LRP mRNA expression level was significantly higher in lung adenocarcinomas than in squamous carcinoma(P=0.02),and was higher in cancer tissue of well-differentiated than in that of poorly differentiated(P=0.033).There was no difference in LRP mRNA expression level between other clinicopathologic parameters and survival time. Conclusion: LRP may play a major role in the intrinsic multidrug resistance of NSCLC in some extent.It was significant for detection of the expression level of LRP in NSCLC patients that in the prediction of the intrinsic multidrug resistance and in the guidance to rational chemical therapy.
