血府逐瘀汤加减治疗血管性头痛30例临床观察

目的观察血府逐瘀汤加减治疗血管性头痛的临床疗效。方法将60例血管性头痛患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例予血府逐瘀汤,每日1剂,水煎取汁200mL,分早晚2次服。对照组30例予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊10mg,每晚1次口服;谷维素片20mg,每日3次口服。2组均1个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察2组临床疗效、治疗前后症状积分及大脑前、中、后动脉血流速度和搏动指数变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率86.7%,对照组总有效率60.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后症状积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组治疗后症状积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后双侧大脑前、中、后动脉的平均血流速度和搏动指数均明显改善,与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血府逐瘀汤加减治疗血管性头痛,可改善临床症状,具有调整脑血管的不稳定性、促进脑血管弹性和脑血流供应平衡的作用。

Investigation of Xuefuzhuyu decoction on vascular headache

Objective To observe the treatment of vascular headache by Xuefuzhuyu decoction.Methods 60 patients with vascular headache were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group(n=30) were treated by Xuefuzhuyu decoction(100 ml,twice a day).Patients in treatment group(n=30) were treated by flunarizine hydrochloride capsule(10 mg,once a day),and oryzanolum tablet(20 mg,thrice a day).Therapeutic effect and symptoms integration,blood flow velocities of anterior cerebral artery(ACA),middle cerebral artery(MCA) and posterior cerebral artery(PCA) and pulse index(PI) were measured.Results The total effective rate in treatment group(86.7%) was higher than that in control group 60.0%,P<0.05).There was significant differences on symptoms integration between pre-and post-treatment(P<0.05).There was significant differences on symptoms integration between two groups post-treatment(P<0.05,).Improvement of bilateral blood flow velocities of ACA,MCA and PCA and PI in treatment group superior to those in control group after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Xuefuzhuyu decoction can improve clinical symptoms,regulate unstability,elasticity and blood flow velocitiesof cerebrovascular on vascular headache.
