| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妇科手术中泌尿系统损伤的原因及防治措施。方法:对1990￣2002年的12例妇科手术泌尿系统损伤的病人进行回顾性分析。结果:妇科手术中以泌尿系统损伤为多,发生率为0.19%。在膀胱损伤4例中,均为全子宫切除,在输尿管损伤8例中为宫颈癌根治术7例,腹腔镜囊肿剥出术1例。结论:在妇科手术中应熟悉解剖部位,严格操作规程,是预防泌尿系统损伤的关键。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the cause and prophylactico-therapeutic measure of urinary system injury in gynecologic operations.Methods:12 cases of urinary system injury in gynecologic operations from 1990 to 2002 were analysed retrospectively.Results:The incidence of urinary system injury in this hospital was 0.19%.Urinary system injury often occurred in the ureter(8 cases),among them 7 cases occurred in radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer,1 case in introperative complication of peritonecoscopic cystectomy.There were 4 cases of bladder injury,all occurred in myomectomy.Conclusion:This study demmonstrated that it is the key of preventing the urinary system injury to know the anatomy of this system and comply with the working order strictly in gynecologic operation. |
