抗厌氧菌药物PK/PD研究方法概述

随着抗菌药物药动学(PK)和药效学(PD)的不断发展,PK/PD研究在抗菌药的药效学评价、给药方案的制定和优化以及细菌耐药性等方面的作用日趋重要,必不可少.目前国内外发表了大量抗菌药物PK/PD的研究文献,但由于厌氧菌培养条件的苛刻性,限制了抗厌氧菌药物的PK/PD研究.本文综述近年来发表的为数不多的有关抗厌氧菌药物的PK/PD研究文献,介绍该类药物PK/PD体外研究、动物和人体内研究方法,为国内今后开展此方面的研究提供参考.

Overview the PK/PD research methods of anti-anaerobic drugs

With the rapidly development of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of antimicrobial agents,the field of pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic(PK/PD) is playing an important role in antimicrobial effect evaluation,dosage regimen definition and drug tolerance of antibiotics.So far,a large number of PK/PD research literatures about the antimicrobial drugs have been published at home and abroad,but the strict culture conditions of anaerobes limit the anti-anaerobic drug PK/PD study.On the basis of the few PK/PD literatures about anti-anaerobic drugs,the paper summarized the PK/PD research methods of anti-anaerobes,introduced the in vitro studies,animal models and humans research methods,referenced for the domestic future research on this aspect.
