摘 要: | 【目的】探讨急性脑梗死与患者血尿酸(BUA)的关系。【方法】急性脑梗死病人50人(A组),根据有无高血压病史分两亚组;同时根据有无糖尿病病史再分为两亚组。以非脑梗死病人50人作为对照组(B组),比较其BUA、总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)水平。【结果】①A组年龄、TC、TG与B组相比,差异无显著性(P〉0.05);A组BUA(346.56±99.16)μmol/L]明显高于B组(324.71±69.20)μmol/L3(P〈0.05);②有高血压病史亚组和有糖尿病史亚组BuA,与B组相比差异显著(P〈0.05);③A组高尿酸血症(HUA)的发生率明显高于B组(P〈0.05);④BuA水平在〈300μmol/L和300-399μmol/L两水平段时,A组与B组中患者所占比例无明显差异(P〉0.05),而BUA在400-500μmol/L和〉500μmol/L两水平段时,A组患者所占比例明显高于B组,且差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。【结论】HUA可能是急性脑梗死的危险因素之一。

Abstract: | Objective]To explore the relation between serum levels of uric acid and acute cerebral infarction. Methods]Fifty patients with acute cerebral infarction (group A)were divided into two subgroups:hypertention subgroup and non-hypertention subgroup, diabetes subgroup and non-diabetes mellitus subgroup. Noncerebral infarction patients were selected as control group (group B, n = 50). Serum uric acid, total cholesterol and triglyceride levels were compared among these groups. Results] There was no significant difference in age, total cholesterol and triglyceride between group A and group B ( P 〉0.05). Serum uric acid (346.56 ± 99.16 μmol/L) in group A was significantly higher than that (324.71±69.20 umol / L) ( P 〈0.05) in group B. Compared with group B, serum uric acid in hypertension subgroup and diabetes subgroup was (347.20±86.57) μmol/L and (379.54± 70.01) μmol/L, respectively, and there was significant difference ( P 〈0. 05). The incidence of hyperuricemia in group A was significantly higher than that of group B ( P 〈0.05). While serum uric acid level was below 300 μmol/L or 300-399 mol/L, there was no significant difference between the group A and group B in the proportion of patients ( P 〉0.05). While serum uric acid level was 400-500μmol/L or above 500μmol/L, the number of the patients in group A was significantly higher than that of group B, and there is significant differenee ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion]Hyperurieemia is one of important risk factors of acute cerebral infarction. |
