| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎 (LN)的临床疗效。方法 :LN患者 6 0例随机分为 :中西医结合治疗组 (中西组 ) 30例 ,在西医治疗同时配合以狼疮方为基本方的中医辨证加减治疗 ;西医对照组 (西医组 ) 30例 ,单纯西医治疗。观察、比较二组的临床疗效。结果 :中西组总有效率明显高于西医组 ,复发率显著低于西医组 (90 %vs80 % ,13 .3 %vs 40 .0 % ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;中西组较西医组药物不良反应发生率显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :中西医结合治疗LN临床疗效显著优越于单纯西医治疗

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine (TCM-WM) in lupus nephritis(LN). Methods: Sixty patients with LN were randomly divided into the TCM-WM group(n=30) and WM group(n=30), the clinical effect between the two groups were observed and compared. Results: In TCM-WM group, the total effective rate was significantly higher and the relapse rate was significantly lower than that of WM group(90.0% vs 80.0%, 13.3% vs 40.0%, P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate was significantly lower in TCM-WM group than that in WM group (P<0.01). Conclusion: TCM-WM is obviously superior to western medicine alone in the treatment of lupus nephritis. |
