| 摘 要： | 对200例流行性出血热患者使用心得安治疗,并与160例对照组病例比较,发现,心得安治疗组BUN平均峰值明显低于对照组,BUN水平降低至正常较早,蛋白尿消失较快,少尿期持续较短,多尿期来临较早。我们认为心得安可减轻出血热的肾损,促进其恢复。 |

| Abstract: | To eveluate the significance of propranolol,260 patients were divided into two groups:the group treated with propranolol(200 cases)and the group treated symptomatically(160 cases).It was found that the mean peak value of BUN was lower and BUN Ievel decreased faster and returned to normal earlier in the propranolol group as compared with those in control group.Additionally,in propranolol group protienuria disapperared faster,oliguria persisted shorter whereas polyuria appeared earlier.Thus we concluded proporanolol might relieve the renal impalrement and promote its recovery in patients with EHF. |
