| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胃肠间质瘤（GIST）的诊断及治疗方法。方法：X线钡剂检查16例，小肠造影3例，内窥镜检查35例，B超检查38例，CT检查37例。37例GIST行手术切除，1例GIST术中活检，所有病例均经病理证实。结果：手术切除率97．37％，3例胃部GIST患者分别于术后5、9、11个月死于肿瘤转移，5例胃部GIST患者分别于术后4、7、10、11、12个月出现肝转移。30例病人随访至今仍无瘤生存。结论：目前GIST的治疗以手术与药物综合治疗为主，胃部GIST发生转移的机会大于其它部位的GIST，转移的脏器多位于肝脏。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST).Methods: Among 38 patients,all cases undergone ultrasound,16 barium study,35 endoscopies,37 CT.37 cases were treated by operation,1 case accepted biopsy during surgery.All of them were proved by pathology and after follow-up of 2 to 54 months.Results: 97.37% was resectable during operation.3 cases were died because of metastases 5,9,7 months after operation.5 cases developed metastases 4,7,10,11,12 months after operation.Still 30 cases alive without tumor.Conclusions: The chief remedy of GIST is operation and drug therapy.gastro stromal tumors have more likelihood of developing metastases,and metastases usually locates on liver. |
