化脓灸对中风先兆症的即时与近期疗效观察

目的：观察化脓灸对中风先兆症的即时与近期效应及对血液流变学的影响。方法：150例随机分为2组,观察组100例，予化脓灸1次，对照组50例，不给任何处理，30分钟后观察化脓灸对中风先兆症的即时效应，之后观察组加用常规针灸，对照组加用常规针灸及复方丹参注射液治疗，60天后观察近期疗效。两组治疗前后测量全血粘度。结果：观察组即时疗效显，近期疗效优于对照组；血液流变学的改善观察组优于对照组。结论：化脓灸有即时解除或减轻中风先兆症状的作用；对异常的血液流变学（全血粘度）有近期调节降低作用。

Observation on the Immediate and Recent Effect of Stroke Aura by Moxibustion of Resolving Pus

To observe the immediate and recent effect of moxibustion of resolving pus on stroke aura and its influence on rheology .150 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 100 in the experimental group with moxibustion of resolving pus and 50 cases in the control group without any treatment.30 minutes later, the immediate reaction of stroke aura was observed. Then regular acupuncture treatment was added to the experimental group, while regular treatment and Compound Radix Salviae Miltiorrizae injection were applied to the control group.The recent curative effect was observed 60 days later, and the whole blood viscosities were measured before and after the treatment in both groups. It produces remarkable immediate effect, and the recent effect of the experimental group is better than that in the control group. The blood rheology of the experimental group is much improved than that of the control group.Conclusions]It indicates that the moxibustion of resolving pus has the immediate effect on relieving or reducing stroke aura symptoms; it also has the recent regulating and reducing effect on the abnormal blood rheology.
