非小细胞肺癌中CD44v6、E-cadherin表达水平及临床意义

目的:研究CD44v6、E-cadherin的表达在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)生物学行为及预后中的作用。方法:使用免疫组化方法(S-P)分析66例NSCLC组织和10例正常肺组织中CD44v6及E-cadherin表达。结果:CD44v6在NSCLC中阳性表达率高于正常肺组织(P<0.05);分化差的癌组织中表达高于分化较好的(P<0.05);有淋巴转移高于无转移者(P<0.05);预后差的高于预后好的(P<0.05);E-cadherin在NSCLC中表达率低于正常肺组织(P<0.05);分化差的癌组织中表达低于分化较好的(P<0.05);有淋巴转移低于无转移者(P<0.05);预后差的低于预后好的(P<0.05)。结论:CD44v6和E-cadherin的表达可作为NSCLC重要生物学指标,有助于对NSCLC生物学行为的了解和预后的判断。

Expression and clinicopathologic significance of CD44v6 and E-cadherin in non-small cell lung cancer

Objective:To study the expressions of CD44v6 and E-cadherin in NSCLC and observe the correlation between CD44v6 and E-cadherin with prognosis of lung cancer and biological behavior.Methods:We observed 66 case of lung cancer and 10 case of normal tissues with S-P immunochemical technique.Results:It was found that the positive expression rates of CD44v6 was positively related to clinical stages and lymph node metastasis.Meanwhile,Abnormal expression rates of E-cadherin was negatively correlated with pathological grades and lymph node metastasis.The correlation between expressions CD44v6 and E-cadherin was significant in NSCLC.Conclusion:The expression rate of CD44v6 and E-cadherin in NSCLC might be an important biological marker in NSCLC and it might be useful in the study of biological behavior and in the prognosis of lung cancer.
