| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨养胃方对放射线所致小鼠自由基氧化损伤的保护作用。方法：采用TBA法和DTNB法。结果：养胃方可降低小鼠的内脏（肝、肾）组织的MDA含量,增高GSH含量。结论：养胃方能减轻放射线对小鼠的自由基损伤。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the effect of Yangwei decoction on releasing scathe caused by free radical after radiotherapy on mice. Methods ： To study the protective effects of mice scathed by free radical after radiation using TBA and DTNB. Results：Yangwei decoction reduces content of MDA, improves content of GSH （in both liver and kidney）. Conclusion：Yangwei decoction canreduces scathe caused by free radical. |
