晴尔与东菱克栓酶治疗急性脑梗死疗效比较

目的观察晴尔治疗急性脑梗死的疗效与安全性。方法将128例急性脑梗死患者根据接受治疗的不同,分为对照组和观察组,对照组60例(脑血栓形成35例,脑栓塞25例),应用东菱克栓酶治疗,观察组68例(脑血栓形成33例,脑栓塞35例),应用晴尔治疗,疗程为14d。对治疗后两组患者的疗效进行评定。结果两组脑血栓形成患者的临床总有效率及显效率无显著性差异(P>0.05),观察组脑栓死患者的总有效率及显效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论晴尔治疗急性脑梗死安全有效,副作用小,尤其适用于脑栓塞患者。

The comparison of clinical effect of Ozagrei and Batroxobin on acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Ozagrel on acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and twenty-eight cases of acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups by their different treatment.60 Patients in control group including 35 thrombosis and 25 embolism were given batroxobin.68 Patients in the observed group including 33 thrombosis and 35 embolism were given Ozagrel.The treatment period covered 14 days.Analysis of the clinical symptoms and the neurological functional deficit between two groups was made.Results The patients of thrombosis in two groups had no remarkable difference in clinical effective rate (P>0.05) while the patients of embolism in the observed group had higher effective rate than that of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Using ozagrel is an effective and safe treatment to the patients suffered from cerebral infarction especially embolism.
