| 摘 要： | 本文对２０９例健康中老年人血液流变学的测定，并与２０７例４０岁以 下的青壮年人作对照。检测结果认为中老年组的血沉和血沉方程ｋ值增高、纤维蛋 白原增高，均有显著性改变（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．．０１）．男性血球压积有显著性差异 （Ｐ＜０．０５）。而全血比粘度、全血还原粘度、血浆比粘度、红细胞电泳时间及红细胞 电泳率均无显著性盖异．

| Abstract: | The results of the observation of hemorheological changes of 209 cases of middleaged and the aged and 207 cases of young individuals are as follows: In the middleaged and the aged group erythrocyte sedimentation speeds up, erythrocyte sedimentation equation K value increases and fibrinogen becomes highest,The changes are quite obvions (P < 0. 05 or < 0. 01), The hematocrit decreased in the middleaged and aged group and showed significant difference (P < 0. 05). But the blood viscosity, blood reduced viscosity, plasma viscosity and RBC electrophoretic mobility and time significant differences. |
