摘    要:目的:了解饮用天然矿泉水水源铜绿假单胞菌污染的现状。方法:采样检测福建省77个生产厂家已投入灌装生产的80处饮用天然矿泉水水源。结果:80个检样中18件水样检出铜绿假单胞菌,阳性率22.50%,其检出率与水源的菌落总数和大肠菌群无显著相关性。结论:瓶装矿泉水成品被铜绿假单胞菌污染的主要来源很可能是水源。

Abstract:Objective To understand the present status on contamination of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in natural mineral water sources for drinking Methods Water samples were collected from 80 natrual mineral water sources having been put into the production of bottled water,which supplied 77 manufacturers with raw water in Fujian province,and were determined for P aeruginosa Results P aeruginosa was found in 18 water samples among the total 80 different samples with a positive detectable rate of 22 50%,which revealed no significant correlation with the total count of bacteria and total coliforms in tested samples of water sources Conclusion The polluted mineral water sources by P aeruginosa might be the main factor resulting in the pollution of P aeruginosa in finished bottled mineral water
