| 摘 要： | 本文在国内首次报道采用醛化红细胞作载体,预先使葡萄球菌A蛋白与红细胞结合,然后通过A蛋白将抗T等单克隆抗体或异种抗小鼠Ig血清包被于红细胞表面成为花环试剂,其特异、敏感、稳定性好,效期长,使用方便,可用于T亚群的测定或抗淋巴细胞单克隆抗体的筛选检定。

| Abstract: | A rosette reagent for detecting lymphocyte subsets is prepared as follows. Red blood cells fixed with glutaraldehyde are adopted as carrier, RBC combining with protein A, then coated with anti-T monoclonal antibodies (McAbs) or anti-mouse Ig antibodies. This reagent is of goodspecificity, higher sensitivity, stability with longer effetive time and simple operation. It can be used to detect lymphocyte subsets and to screen McAbs in laboratory and clinical assays, as a very useful reagent. |
