腹膜后神经节细胞瘤的CT诊断与文献复习

目的分析腹膜后神经节细胞瘤的CT表现。方法回顾分析8例经手术证实的腹膜后神经节细胞瘤CT表现。结果8例病灶呈类圆形或卵圆形，平扫呈低密度肿块，密度均匀，边界均较清晰，增强后动脉期8例病灶均无明显强化，静脉期轻度强化3例，无明显强化5例。结论明确腹膜后神经节细胞瘤的CT特征有助于对腹膜后肿瘤的准确诊断和鉴别。

CT diagnosis of retoperitoneal ganglioneuroma and review of the literature

Objective To describe CT appearance of retoperitoneal ganglioneuroma. Methods CT findings of retroperitoneal tumor in 8 cases patients with ganglioneroma proved histopathologically were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 8 patients with retoperitoneal ganglioneuroma,these lesions appeared as homogeneous hypodense oval or round masses with well delineated margins. On arterial phase enhanced scans, 8 lesions showed no enhancement. On venous phase enhanced scans,3 lesions were mild-or moderate homogeneous enhancement. No delayed enhancement in 5 cases were showed. Conclusion The feature of retoperitoneal ganglioneuroma would help to diagnosis and differential diagnosis of retoperitoneal tumor.
