| 摘 要： | 用离体心房表面灌流实验证明,构叶乙醇提取物及总黄酮甙对家兔和豚鼠心房具有明显的抑制作用。对兔心房收缩力的抑制作用与两种制剂的对数剂量呈线性相关,其相关系数r分别为-0.9878和-0.9978,量效曲线的斜率分别为-72.56和-67.42,50％抑制量(ID_(50))分别为47.92mg和0.98mg。两种构叶制剂均能拮抗CaCl_2对心房收缩力的增强作用,随CaCl_2剂量增大,这种拮抗作用相应减弱。初步认为总黄酮甙是构叶的主要有效成分之一,可能具有钙拮抗剂的作用

| Abstract: | Inhibitory effect of alcohol extract and flavonoids of Broussonetia Papyrifera leaves on auricles of rabbits and guinea pigs demonstrated in surface showering experiment of isolated auricles. Depressive contractility on rabbit auricles showed linear relationship with logarithmic dose of alcohol extract and flavonoids. Their relative coefficients were separately-0.9878 and-0.9978 (P<0.0005)and ID_(50) were 47.92mg and 0.98mg. Both the alcohol extract and flavonoids could antagonize the effect of caluium chloride on contractility of auricle. As the dose of calcium chlorid increased, the antagonistical strength decreased. The results reveal that the flavonoids is one of the main active ingredients of Broussonetia Papyrifera leaves and probably has the action similar to calcium channel-Blocking drugs. |
