精神分裂症与抑郁症康复期患者心理治疗前后人格特征变化

目的探讨精神分裂症与抑郁症康复期患者在心理治疗前后的人格特征变化。方法康复期精神分裂症患者47例、抑郁症患者25例,在治疗前后分别采用明尼苏达多相个性测查表（MMPI）进行测查分析。结果精神分裂症患者治疗后的疑病症（Hs）、癔症（Hy）、男女子气（Mf）、轻躁狂症（Ma）、精神病态（Pd）、精神衰弱（Pt）、精神分裂（Sc）、社会内向（Si）量表T分显著降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）,抑郁症（D）、偏执狂（Pa）量表T分治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;而抑郁症患者治疗后的Hs、D、Pd、Pa、Pt、Sc、Hy、Si量表T分降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）,而Mf、Ma量表T分治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。康复期分裂症、抑郁症患者的病态人格改变。结论精神分裂症与抑郁症康复期患者心理向着＂顺其自然、为所当为＂转变。说明精神分裂症和抑郁症康复期患者的某些人格经心理治疗后有各自的变化特点。

Personality Changes of the Schizophrenia and Depression Patients during the Rehabilitation Period before and after Psychotherapy

Objective To discuss that the personality changes of the schizophrenia and depression patients during the rehabilitation period before and after psychotherapy.Methods Schizophrenia and depression patients of rehabilitation were investigated and analyzed by Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory（MMPI）before and after psychotherapy.Results The changes of T scores of Hs,Hy,Mf,Ma,Pd,Pt,Sc and Si scale in the schizophrenia patients decreased after treatment and had statistic significance（P0.01 or P0.05）,but the changes of T scores of D,Pa scale had no statistic significance（P0.05）.The changes of T score of Hs,D,Pd,Pt,Sc and Si scale in the depression patients had statistic significance（P0.01 or P0.05）,but the changes of T score of D,Pa scale had no statistic significance（P0.05）.It showed that some personality changes of the schizophrenia and depression patients during the rehabilitation period had respective characteristics before and after psychotherapy.Conclusion Psychology of the schizophrenia and depression patients during the rehabilitation period had been transformed towards ＂abided by the natural rules and did things what they should do＂.
