| 摘 要： | 作者１９８１～１９９６年共治疗骨肉瘤患者１３６例，随访５～１５年。２年生存率６１％，５年生存率２６．５％。作者首次在国内将大剂量顺铂全身化疗、双途径化疗以及ＤＳＡ介入化疗用于骨肉瘤术前化疗。在１３６例骨肉瘤患者中保肢手术８０例，其中开创放疗是国内首次开展。作者还对骨肉瘤的早期诊断、术前化疗、保肢手术以及肺转移瘤切除等问题提出了自己的看法。

| Abstract: | From 1981 to 1986,authors treated 136 patients with osteosarcoma.The follow up time ranged from 5 to 15 years.The 2 year survival rate reached 61%and 5 year survival rate was 26 5%.It was first in this country that the authors applied high dose cisplatin systemic chemotherapy,two route chemotherapy,catheterized chemotherapy by DSA for preoperative treatment of osteosarcoma,and limb salvage surgery combined with the intraoperative radiotherapy in 80 patients.The early diagnosis,preoperative chemotherapy,limb salvage surgery and excision of metastatic lesion of lungs were discussed in the paper. |
