VEGF-C在乳腺良恶性肿瘤中的表达及其意义

目的:检测血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)在乳腺良恶性肿瘤中的表达,探讨VEGF-C与乳腺癌淋巴结转移的关系. 方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测18例乳腺良性肿瘤(导管内乳头状瘤)、57例乳腺癌(导管内癌12例,浸润性导管癌45例)组织中VEGF-C的表达.结果:乳腺癌组织中VEGF-C阳性表达率为45.6%,明显高于乳腺良性肿瘤(5.6%)(P<0.001), VEGF-C的表达在伴有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织中明显高于无淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织(P<0.01),但与肿瘤大小、临床分期无关. 结论:乳腺癌组织中VEGF-C蛋白表达明显增高,并与乳腺癌淋巴结转移有关.

Expression and Significance of VEGF-C in mammary neoplasm

Objective: To examine the expression of VEGF-C in mammary neoplasm and to determine its role in the progression of breast cancer.Methods: SP immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of VEGF-C in 18 cases of benign breast tumor(intraductal mamillary neoplasm) and 57 cases of primary breast cancer(12 cases of intraductal carcinoma and 45 cases of infiltrating ductal carcinoma).Results: Positive rate of VEGF-C in malignant breast tumor was 45.6%,much higher than that in benign breast tumor,which was 5.6%(P<0.001);similarly,the positive expression of VEGF-C in breast cancer with lymph node metastasis was much higher than that in breast cancer without lymph node metastasis,but the expression of VEGF-C was not correlated with tumor size and TNM stage.Conclusion: The expression of VEGF-C in breast cancer is significantly elevated and is related with lymph node metastasis.
