| 摘 要： | 目的 评价数字减影脑血管造影(DSA)对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法 回顾性总结48例颅内动脉瘤的DSA影像表现，分析颅内动脉瘤的位置、大小、形状、数目及检查方法。结果 检出动脉瘤单发44例．多发4例；后交通动脉瘤23例．前交通动脉瘤15例．颈内动脉瘤5例，其它部位9例；小型11例，中型22例，大型17例．巨大型2例；囊状37例．梭状14例。夹层1例。结论 DSA能准确诊断颅内动脉瘤。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) on intracranial aneurysms. Methods DSA were performed in 48 patients. The aneurysms features such as locations, size, numbers of aneurysms and the examination methods were analyzed. Results The single aneurysms were detected in 44 patients and 4 patients had multiple aneurysm. Aneurysm locations were list as follows: posterior communicating aneurysm in 23 patients, anterior communication artery aneurysm in 9 patients, internal carotid artery aneurysm in 5 aptients, and other locations (n=9). Aneurysm size had the following characteristics: 11 cases were small, 22 were middle, 17 were large, and 2 were giant aneurysm. According to the sharp of aneurysm, 37 cases were sacculated aneurysms, 14 were fusiform aneurysms and was dissecting aneurysms. Conclusions DSA can diagnose intracranial aneurysm accurately. |
