海啸与相关的灾害医学

海啸是由海底扰动产生的一系列波浪,摧毁力巨大,传播速度极快,几乎可以无能量损耗地传播几千英里,对沿海地区造成巨大的破坏.海啸的发生一般分为生成、传播和淹没3个阶段.目前,应对海啸尚无特殊方法,主要以提前预警减少海啸带来的损失.应对海啸的灾害医学,应当主要针对淹溺、创伤等海啸致伤特点进行救助,同时,加强易发生海啸地区灾害医学教育,对于减少伤亡和其他损失至关重要.

Disaster medicine in tsunamis

Produced by benthic vibration, tsunami could destroy almost everything on nearshore coast by power waves, with a very high speed. The process of tsunami could be divided into three phases： formation, dissemination and overwhelming. Beeanse of its specific character, in phase of dissemination, tsunami may get across the ocean without power lost. Nowadays, the major way coping with tsunami still stay at early warning. Therefore, facing with tsunami, disaster medicine should focus on specific characters of tsunami, and pre-disaster education and training. Drowing, kinds of trauma and other injuries must be contained into beforehand proposals of disaster medicine coping with tsunami.
