102株不动杆菌的临床感染及耐药特性

目的：了解临床不动杆菌的分布及耐药特点，为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法：用SIEMENS SCAN4、VITEK-32全自动微生物分析系统对临床分离的102株不动杆菌进行鉴定及药敏分析。结果：临床上不动杆菌以鲍氏不动杆菌为主（52．9％），其次为醋酸钙不动杆菌、洛菲不动杆菌和琼氏不动杆菌；其主要感染部位为呼吸道（47．0％），其次为伤口分泌物、尿液、血液、腹腔穿刺液及脑脊液。不动杆菌对头孢哌酮／舒巴坦的耐药率最低（53．9％），其次为亚胺培南（58．8％），对头孢类抗菌药物、喹诺酮类抗菌药物和氨基糖苷类抗菌药物的耐药率均大于70％。结论：临床对鲍曼不动杆菌引起医院感染应高度重视，应合理应用抗菌药物以减少多重耐药菌株的产生．

Clinical Infection and Drug Resistance characteristics of 102 strains Acinetobacter

Objective ： Purpose--To understand the composition of clinical Acinetobacter and their drug resistance characteristics, which would provide the basis for the clinical use of antimicrobial agents. Methods ： Using the SIEMENS SCAN4, VITEK-32 automatic microbial analysis system, 102 clinically Acinetobacter isolates were identified individually and also assesed in terms of drug sensitiviw.Results ： Among them, most strains are A. baumannii （52.9%）, followed by A. calcoaceticus, A. lwoflfi and A. johnsonii; this pathogen causes a wide variety of serious infections in humans, mostly in the respiratory （47.0%）, followed by wound secretions, urine, blood, abdominal paracentesis fluid and cerebrospinal fluid. Cefoperazone / sulbactam was the most active agent against Acinetobacter （53.9% resistant isolates）, followed by imipenem （58.8%）. Resistance to the cephalosporins, quinolones and aminoglycosides were significant in all isolates （over 70%）. Conclusions ： Medical staffs in hosiptals shall give more attention to the clinical infections caused by A. baumannii and make rational use of antimicrobial drugs in case of generating multi-drag-resistant strains.
