通心络治疗动脉粥样硬化实验研究进展

动脉粥样硬化(AS)是引起心脑血管疾病的主要原因.然而,AS的发展过程有免疫反应参与.其中,有巨噬性粒细胞为主要效应细胞的天然免疫反应和淋巴细胞为主要效应细胞的获得性免疫方面.快速启动的天然免疫,包括吞噬性细胞、补体和炎细胞因子,都促进AS的形成.另外,获得性免疫相关的T细胞、抗体、免疫调节性细胞因子对于AS病变的活动、进展亦发挥重要的调节作用.本文综述了近几年来,通心络胶囊治疗AS实验研究进展.为临床应用提供参考.
