正常妊娠妇女血浆蛋白Z水平的变化与意义

目的 探讨不同孕周的正常妊娠妇女血浆蛋白Z（PZ）水平的变化及其临床意义。方法选择正常未孕和早期、中期、晚期妊娠、分娩和产后妇女各30例，用ELISA法测定其血浆PZ水平并进行比较分析。结果正常妊娠妇女血浆PZ水平随着孕期的增加有升高的趋势。正常妊娠妇女从早期妊娠到分娩，血浆PZ水平较早期值升高22．6％（P〈0．05），在分娩后6～8周下降至正常未孕或早期妊娠时的水平；分娩组孕妇血浆PZ水平（2．32±0．66mg／L）显著高于早期妊娠组（1．90±0．60mg／L，P〈0．02）、未孕妇女（1．96±0．54mg／L，P〈0．05）和产后组（1．88±0．51mg／L，P〈0．01）。结论正常妊娠妇女血浆PZ水平随着孕期的增加有升高的趋势，正常妊娠妇女PZ水平的增加可能是机体通过调节凝血因子的水平而降低胎盘血栓形成的一种保护机制。

Dynamic Changes of Plasma Protein Z in Normal Pregnancy Women

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the dynamic changes of plasma protein Z （PZ） in normal pregnancy women at different gestational weeks. Methods The levels of plasma PZ were measured by ELISA method for 30 unpregnancy women, 150 normal pregnant women （30 of early and 30 of middle and 30 of late pregnancy and 30 at delivery and 30 of 6 to 8 weeks after delivery）. Results The mean concentrations of plasma PZ in the first trimester of normal pregnant women were i. 90 ± 0.60 mg/L, increased to 2.10 ±0.55 mg/L in the second trimester, and increased again to 2.17 ±0.64 mg/L in the third trimester, and increased significantly to 2.32 ±0.66 mg/L at delivery. The mean levels of PZ in normal pregnant women at delivery was significantly higher than those in normal controls an.d early pregnancy women and those around 6 to 8 weeks postpartum （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The levels of plasma PZ during pregnancy were increased with gestational weeks, and the normal increase of PZ during pregnancy may exert a protective effect, which may reduce thrombotic events in the placenta by means of balance the increase of clotting factors.
