对腭裂围手术期患儿及家长实施健康教育

目的：探讨对腭裂围手术期患儿及家长实施健康教育的效果。方法：采取对患儿及家长进行全面评估，确定他们存在的护理问题，对他们实施有计划、有目的、有评价的教育活动，观察记录了1998年10月－2001年4月，开展健康教育后44例腭裂患儿围手术期的情况，并与1996年3月－1998年9月未开展健康教育的49例腭裂患儿围手术期的情况进行对比观察分析。结果：经统计学处理两组腭裂患儿围手术期并发症的发生率和住院天数有差异。结论：健康教育能提高家长对本病的认识，同时改善了他们的遵医行为，从而使患儿早日康复。

Health Education of Palatoschisis Patients and Their Parents Pre- operation and Post-operation

Objective To probe the effect of Health education to Palatoschisis patients and their parents.Methods To evaluate the patients and their Parents comprehensively, ensure the existing nursing problems, make up planned, objective and evaluated education. We compared 44 cases of palatoschisis patients with Health education during October 1998 to April 200l with 49 cases of palatoschisis patients without health education during March 1996 to September 1998.Results There were statistically differences between two groups in incidence and hospitalization days.Conclusions Health education can raise the knowledge about the disease of the parents and improve their behaviors and promote patients recovery.
