克罗恩病治疗的新模式——降阶梯治疗

改变疾病的自然病程已成为克罗恩病(CD)治疗的新目标之一.传统的升阶梯治疗模式已不能满足这一要求.随着生物制剂的出现,降阶梯治疗已成为CD药物治疗的新模式,并日益受到重视.有证据表明,部分高危病人采用降阶梯治疗方案,可促进病变黏膜愈合、降低并发症的发生率和手术率,并延缓病变复发.但鉴别出哪些高危病人可能需要早期积极的降阶梯治疗是亟需解决的问题.
