空气灌肠次数和持续时间对小儿肠套叠复位的影响

目的：探讨空气灌肠的持续时间和次数对小儿肠套叠复位治疗的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2009年2月-2014年2月收治的采用空气灌肠治疗的72例肠套叠患儿的临床资料，按照空气灌肠持续时间分为Ⅰ组（≥2min且＜10min）和Ⅱ组（＜2min），按照空气灌肠次数分为A组（＞1次且＜5次）和B组（1次），按照空气灌肠持续时间和次数分为甲组（≥2min、＜10min且＞1次、＜5次）和乙组（＜2min且1次），通过治疗整复的影像学资料比较上述三组的整复成功率。结果所有患儿整复成功率为88.9%（64/72），失败率为11.1%（8/72），Ⅰ组94.3%（50/53）显著高于Ⅱ组73.7%（14/53），A组为94.6%（53/56）显著高于B组的68.8%（11/16），甲组为96.0%（48/50）显著高于乙组的72.7%（16/22），差异均具有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。结论在一定压力下，延长空气灌肠持续时间和（或）增加灌肠次数可有效提高小儿肠套叠的整复成功率。

Impact of times and duration of airenema on pediatric intussusception reset

Objective To discuss and analyze the impact of times and duration of airenema on pediatric intussusception reset.Methods Clinical data of 72 cases of pediatric intussusception treated with airenema during February 2009 to February 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. According to duration of airenema they were divided into Ⅰ group （≧ 2 min and 〈 10min） and Ⅱ group （〈2 min）,and according to times of airenema they were divided into A group （〉1 time and 〈5time） and B group （1 time）,and according to times and duration of airenema they were divided into first group （≥2 min and 〈10 min and〉 1 time and 〈5 time） and second group （〈2min and 1 time）.Through image data of restitution treatments,restitution success rate of the 3 groups were compared.Results Restitution success rate of all children was 88.9% （64/72） and failure rate was 11.1% （8/72）.Restitution success rate of Ⅰ group was 93.4% （50/53） obviously higher than Ⅱ group 73.7% （14/53）; A group was 94.6% （53/56） obviously higher than B group 68.8% （11/16）; first group was 96.0% （48/50） obviously higher than second group 72.7% （16/22） （all P〈0.05）. ConclusionUnder certain pressure, lengthening duration of airenema and increasing times of airenema can effectively improve restitution successful rate of pediatric intussusception.
