大肠侧向发育型肿瘤内镜下治疗的临床效果

目的：探讨在大肠侧向发育型肿瘤的治疗中,内镜治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年5月～2013年12月收治的大肠侧向发育型肿瘤患者90例,随机分为观察组（45例）和对照组（45例）,观察组进行内镜治疗,对照组进行手术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组45例患者,有44例采用内镜完成完整切除,1例追加手术方案切除残留组织,对于出血和狭窄情况进行及时处理,取得理想的治疗结果,总治疗有效率为100.0%。对照组45例患者,手术治疗成功40例,总治疗有效率为88.9%。对比之下,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用内镜治疗大肠侧向发育型肿瘤,能够提高患者的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical efficacy of endoscopic in the treatment of large intestine laterally spreading tumors

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of endoscopic in the treatment of large intestine laterally spreading tumors. Methods 90 cases with large intestine laterally spreading tumors in our hospital from May 2012 to December 2013 were selected, they were divided into the observation group（45 cases）and the control group（45 cases）, the observation group was given endoscopic treatment, the control group was given surgical treatment, compared the efficacy of the two groups. Results 45 cases of the observation group, 44 cases of tumors were completely cut by endoscopic, 1 case was appended surgical program to cut residual tissue.bleeding and stenosis were timely processed, and it had achieved the desired outcome. The total treatment efficacy was 100.0%. 45 cases of the control group, 40 cases had successfully surgical treatment, the total treatment efficacy was 88.9%.In contrast, the treatment efficacy of the observation group was better than the control group, there had statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It can improve the treatment efficacy of endoscopic in the treatment of large intestine laterally spreading tumors, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
