依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的：观察依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法选取我院58例急性脑梗死患者为观察对象，并按抛硬币方法将其平均分为治疗组（血塞通、阿司匹林和依达拉奉）和对照组（血塞通和阿司匹林），各为29例，对采用不同治疗方法进行治疗患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果治疗组患者治疗总有效率高达82.76%，较对照组患者的58.62%相比，有明显优势，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；采用不同治疗方法进行治疗前患者神经功能缺损评分（26.5±7.2）分、（26.4±6.8）分，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组患者神经功能缺损评分（12.8±7.1）分、（18.3±7.4）分，显著低于治疗前的，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；组间对比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论依达拉奉对急性脑梗死疾病具有显著效果，可有效提高患者生活质量。

Efficacy observation of edaravone treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the efficacy of edaravone treatment of acute cerebral infarction.MethodsFifty-eight patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected as the observation subjects and evenly divided into the treatment group （Xuesaitong, aspirin and edaravone） and the control group （Xuesaitong and aspirin） using the coin tossing method, with 29 patients in each group. The clinical treatment effects of the patients using different treatment methods were analyzed comparatively.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.76%, which had obvious advantage over the 58.62% of the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The patients using different treatment methods did not have significantly different pre-treatment neurologic impairment scores （26.5±7.2） minutes and （26.4±6.8） minutes, with no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the neurologic impairment scores （12.8±7.1） minutes and （18.3±7.4） minutes of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）; Between-group comparison showed statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, edaravone shows remarkable effects and can effectively improve the patients＇ quality of life.
