心理护理干预对高血压患者不良情绪和生活质量的影响

目的探讨心理护理干预对高血压患者不良情绪和生活质量的影响。方法原发性高血压患者110例根据随机抽签法分为治疗组与对照组各55例,两组都给予常规药物治疗与护理干预,在此基础上治疗组加用积极地心理护理干预,干预周期为1个月。结果干预后治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为98．2％和87.3％,治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组的抑郁与焦虑评分明显低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组的生理功能、社会功能、生理职能与躯体疼痛评分明显高于对照组,对比差异明显（P〈0．05）。结论心理护理干预应用于高血压患者能有效缓解不良情绪,提高疗效,从而改善预后生活质量。

The negative emotions and quality of life of psychological nursing intervention on the hypertension patients

Objective To investigate the negative emotions and quality of life of psychological nursing intervention on the hypertension patients. Methods 110 patients with essential hypertension based on randomly were equally divided into treatment group and control group, both groups received conventional therapy and nursing intervention, and the treatment group were given the positively psychological nursing, the intervention period were one month. Results After the intervention, The efficiency of the treatment group and the control group were 98.2% and 87.3% respectively, the efficiency of the treatment group were significantly higher （P〈0.05）. The depression and anxiety scores of the treatment group scores were significantly lower than the control group（P 〈 0.05）, the physiological function, social function, physical function and bodily pain scores of the treatment group were significantly higher that compared between the two group with significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention in patients with hypertension can be effectively relieve negative emotions, improve efficacy and thereby improve the quality of life outcomes.
