胸骨正中切口一期矫治主动脉弓中断术后的监护

目的总结和探讨胸骨正中切口一期矫治主动脉弓中断术后的监护要点。方法对1995年1月至2007年12月实行的主动脉弓中断一期矫治患儿进行回顾性分析。8例患儿均合并其他心血管畸形和重度肺动脉高压，均经正中胸骨切口一期矫治。结果全组死亡1例，死亡原因为术后严重低心排综合征及肾功能衰竭；随访7例，随访时间6个月～12年，平均（7．5±2．5）年。均存活，其中1例患儿术后11年发生同种血管钙化狭窄，行二次手术干预。结论围绕患儿手术前后病理、生理的变化特点，以及血管通畅程度和心、肺、肾功能状况，展开针对性、个体化的监护，可减少术后并发症的发生率，提高术后生存率。

Postoperative Care of Patientw with One-stage Repair of Interrupted Aortic Arch(IAA)through Midline Sternotomy
