| 摘 要： | 目的评价三维适形放射疗法(3-DCRT)治疗老年原发性小肝癌(SPHC)的疗效。方法采用3- DCRT治疗30例年龄>60岁的SPHC患者,分析其疗效及治疗前后肝癌最大直径、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)的变化。结果治疗3个月后ALT无显著改变(P>0.05),AFP显著降低;肝癌最大直径显著减小(P 均<0.01);7例完全缓解,17例部分缓解,5例稳定,肿瘤局部缓解率80.00%(24/30);1、2、3年生存率分别为96.67%(29/30)、86.67%(26/30)、80.OO%(24/30)。结论3-DCRT可作为一种替代手术的治疗老年SPHC的局部治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3-DCRT)on small primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC)in the elderly patients. Methods 30 elderly patients with small PHC were treated with 3-DCRT. CT studies before and during a follow-up period of 3 years after 3-DCRT were conducted to evaluate the therapeutic effects. Alpha-feto-protein and liver function index (alanine ammotransferase. ALT) were also tested. The effect and survival rates were observed. Results An objective response was observed in 24 of 30(80.0%)patients. The 1-year ,2-year and 3-year survival rates were 96. 67% (29/30), 86. 67% (26/30) and 80. 00%(24/30) respectively. Level of AFP and size of tumor decreased significantly, while ALT the index of liver function, had no change before and after 3-DCRT. Conclusion 3-DCRT can be considered as a valuable curative approach for small PHC in the elderly patients. |
