动态增强MRI在诊断5 mm以下垂体微腺瘤中的价值

摘    要:
目的探讨MRI动态增强扫描在诊断5 mm以下垂体微腺瘤中的价值.方法使用Philips 1.5 T超导磁共振仪,对36例可疑垂体微腺瘤患者在常规平扫后,不论有无发现病变均进行动态增强冠状位扫描.结果 36例均呈阳性结果,所有病例经手术病理及临床治疗证实.小于5 mm的垂体微腺瘤平扫有时难以发现病灶,而动态增强扫描均能发现病灶明确诊断.结论动态增强MRI对5 mm以下垂体微腺瘤的诊断极有价值,尤其是动态早期在33.5 s之前表现最为敏感,它是目前MR诊断垂体微腺瘤的最佳扫描方法.

Objective: Discussing the value of MRI dynamic enhanced scan in diagnosing pituitary micro-adenoma within 5 mm.Methods: Using Philips 1.5 Tesla super-conducted Megnetic Resonance machine. 36 patients suspiciously suffered from pituitary micro-adenoma were conducted Gd-DTPA MR dynamic enhanced-scan after routine Plain scan no matter whatever morphological changes was found.Results:36 cases were positive. All cases have pathological confirmation after operation. For the pituitary micro-adenoma sized within 5 mm, MR dynamic enhanced scan can distinguish the tumor sharply from normal pituitary while plain scan can not recognize. Conclusion: The dynamic enhanced MRI scan, especially the early phase is of great value in diagnosis of the pituitary micro-adenoma smaller than 5 mm. The dynamic enhanced MRI scan is most sensitive in diagnosis of micro-adenoma before 33.5 seconds. Thus it is coming to be the best method in diagnosis of them.
