饮食脂肪与乳腺癌危险性META分析

摘    要:应用META分析方法综合24篇有关乳腺癌的流行病学研究结果,对饮食脂肪及与乳腺癌危险性的关系进行分析。结果显示最高饮食脂脂摄入量组与最低组相比.总比数比值为1.49,95%可信区间为1.32~1.68,说明高饮食脂肪是乳腺癌危险因素。队列研究组高饮食脂肪摄入的乳腺癌危险性为1.01(95%可信区间:0.77~1.33),而在病例对照组则为1.67(95%可信区间:1.47~1.89),两类设计研究结果差异有统计学意义。本次分析中队列研究的对象多为特殊人群,存在影响研究结果的干扰因素,提示目前需要一般人群的队例研究结果支持高饮食脂肪摄入与乳腺癌的关系。

Abstract:epidemioligic studies concerning with dietary fat and breast cancer risk are analyzed by the method of Meta analysis, The results showed that the dietary fat is positively associated with the breast cancer risk synthesizing all 24 studies. The general odds ratio (OR) is 1.49 (95 % confidence interval (CI): 1.32,1. 68). However, the OR of cohort studies is 1.01 (95 % CI: 0.77, 1. 33) and that of thecase - control studies is 1.67 (95% CI: 1. 47,1.89 ). The difference of results between two kinds of epidemiologic studies is statistically significant. The results suggest the relationship between dietary fat and breast cancer risk need to be further supported by the results from the cohort studies of general population since the subjects of most cohort studies in this analysis are special populatioll and the results may be biased.
