摘    要:目的:为烫伤喷雾剂剂型改革研究优选提取工艺。方法:以小檗碱、总生物碱、干浸膏得率为指标,采用正交实验优选烫伤喷雾剂提取工艺条件。结果:确定其工艺条件为:A3B3C3D2,即溶剂为8倍量95%乙醇,浸提时间为40min/次,提取次数为3次。结论:该工艺提取的有效成分含量高。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Scald Sprays.Methods:The orthogonal design was used to select the optimum extraction of Scald Sprays according to the amounts of berberine,alkaloid and extract.Results:The optimum extracting condition was A_3B_3C_3D_2,that was,to reflux the herb for 3 times and duration of extraction was 40 min for each time with 8 times amount of 95%alcohol.Conclusion:The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.
