| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨美托洛尔在冠状动脉旁路移植术中的心肌保护作用。方法将６４例行冠状动脉旁路移植术患（ＬＶＥＦ〉３０％）随机分成两组，观察组（服用美托洛尔，１２．５－２５ｍｇ／次，每日２次）与对照组，然后测定术前２４ｈ及术后１ｈ，２４ｈ，７２ｈ心肌肌钙蛋白Ｔ（ｃＴｎＴ）浓度的变化。结果：两组患ｃＴｎＴ均于术后１ｈ开始升高，６ｈ达高峰。７２ｈ仍保持轻度升高（与术前相比Ｐ〈０．０１）；术后７２ｈ时，美托洛尔

| Abstract: | Objective: To examine the cardiaoprotective efficacy of metoprolol in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods: 64 patients with left ventricular eject fraction :3 30% were randomized to receive metoprolol (12. 5mg to 25mg in two divided doses)or no ?- blocker for control. The concentration of cardial tropoin T(preopratively and subsequently at Ih, 6h, 24h, 72h after the end of cardio -pulmonary bypass) were measured. Results: In both groups, there was a significant rise (P < 0. 01) in cTnT, The peak concentrations were reached at 6 hours. The cTnT concentrations were also higher than the baseline at 72 hours. The cTnT level at 72 hour after CABG in metoprolol group was sighificantly lower than that in control group. Conclusion: Metoprolol could enhance the anti - myocardial ischemic effect, so could reduce the damage of myocardium in coronary artery bypass grafting. |
