MRI在脑梗死后出血性转变的应用价值

目的：对比分析CT及MRI对脑梗死出血性转变的影像学表现特征,探讨MRI的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析脑梗死出血性转变患者40例,观察其CT及MRI表现,并将两者发现出血性转变的阳性率进行比较。结果 MRI检查发现HT者为40例, CT检查发现者为23例,两者差异具有统计学意义（χ^2=21.58, P〈0.05）。结论脑梗死后出血性转变的亚急性期MRI比CT更显优势,合理选择MRI,尽早发现出血性脑梗死从而调整治疗方案,为患者的治疗提供参考依据。

Application value of MRI in the diagnosis of hemorrhagic transformation after cerebral infarction

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI by comparing of CT and MRI imaging of cerebral hemorrhagic transformation features. Methods 40 cases with HT were involved, CT and MRI findings were observed and the positive rate of hemorrhagic transformation were compared. Results MRI examination revealed the HT were 40 cases, and CT examination were 23 cases, the difference was statistically significant （χ^2=21.58, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using MRI is more advantages to detect subacute hemorrhagic infarction earlier than CT, and to adjust the treatment plan in time, provide the clinic clue for the treatment of patients.
