| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃窦癌的CT检查方法及表现。方法回顾性分析38例胃窦癌的CT检查资料,结合文献进行讨论。结果胃窦癌的CT表现为窦壁增厚,软组织肿块形成,窦腔狭窄,常合并有腔内溃疡,可累及十二指肠并侵犯胃周。结论CT检查能清楚显示胃窦癌病变的全貌以及病变与周围脏器的关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss CT techniques and features of gastric antrum canser.Methods The findings of gastric antrum cancer were analysed in 38 cases with the review of literature.Results The CT findings of gastric antrum cancer were thickening of gastric wall,formation of soft tissue tumour,narrowing of gastric antrum lacuna and in combination with ulcer.The duodenum and around stomach could be invaded by tumor.Conclusion The full view of gastric antrum carcinoma and its relation with adjacent organs can be distinctively showed by CT. |
