自体耳甲软骨移植在唇裂术后鼻畸形修复中的应用

目的: 评价自体耳甲软骨移植在治疗唇裂术后鼻畸形整复中的效果。方法: 将错位的口轮匝肌复位到正常的解剖位置,充分解剖游离患侧鼻翼软骨,并将其悬吊到与健侧略高的水平,根据组织缺损情况,对12例唇裂术后鼻畸形采用自体耳甲软骨移植进行整复,并观察临床疗效。结果: 鼻外形满意,鼻尖高度及形态、双鼻孔大小基本对称,鼻小柱延长,鼻尖扁平及鼻翼塌陷恢复满意,供软骨区无并发症发生,耳廓无畸形。随访1年,患者无移植软骨外露,远期效果满意。结论: 应用自体耳甲软骨移植,具有修复鼻外形满意、手术创伤小、植入耳甲软骨易成活、塑性好、取材方便、没有排斥反应等优点,是修复唇裂术后鼻畸形的有效方法。

Autolougous auricular concha cartilage graft in the repair of cleft lip nasal deformity

Objective:To evaluate the effect of autolougous auricular concha cartilage graft in the repairation of cleft lip nasal deformity.
