系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血CD14+单核细胞表面TLR2、TLR4表达的变化

摘    要:
目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者外周血单核细胞表面Toll样受体2(toll-likereceptor-2,TLR2)和Toll样受体4(toll-like receptor-4,TLR4)表达的变化。方法:流式细胞术分别检测75例SLE患者(SLE组)和44名正常人(对照组)外周血单核细胞表面TLR2和TLR4的阳性率和平均荧光强度(meam fluorescence intensity,MFI)。统计分析TLR2和TLR4阳性率和MFI与相关临床与实验室指标的相关性。结果:TLR2在SLE组外周血CD14+单核细胞表面的阳性率和MFI均低于对照组;而TLR4在SLE组外周血CD14+单核细胞表面的阳性率高于对照组,但MFI表达低于对照组(P<0.01)。TLR2阳性率与SLE活动指数呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:TLR2和TLR4在SLE患者外周血CD14+单核细胞表面表达有显著变化,提示可能与SLE的发生及病情存在一定的关联。
